CSR ACADEMY – MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION
By completing a booking or membership through ClassForKids, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Taking up a membership with CSR Academy legally signifies your acceptance of all policies within this document. These terms apply at all times and override any verbal information provided by team members.

PART A – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
“You” refers to the lead member. “We/Us” refers to CSR Academy Limited. “Your club” refers to CSR Academy Global.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF MEMBERS
The person completing the membership application is responsible for all payments and communication. Any instructions given by you will be treated as authorised. You must follow all terms set out in this agreement.
NOTICE PERIOD
Membership operates in full calendar months.
- If you give notice after the 4th, notice starts on the 1st of the following month.
- If you give notice on/before the 4th, notice starts on the 1st of that same month.
Notice must be given in writing to pa@csracademy.co.uk.
We will confirm receipt within 10 days. If you do not receive confirmation, you must follow up.
MEMBERSHIP LENGTH
Membership renews automatically each month and continues until you provide 30 days’ written notice, unless ended by you or CSR Academy.
STARTING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
On joining, you must pay any required registration fees and kit fees.
Membership payments are due on the 1st of each month.
You must keep your payment details up to date at all times.
CHANGING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Your child may be moved between sessions or venues to best support their development. Any change in membership category will update your monthly fee to the current rate for that category.
ENDING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
You must continue paying all fees until your notice period has ended in full.
Once membership ends, your child must not attend sessions.
YEAR-ROUND MEMBERSHIP
CSR Academy operates 12 months a year. Membership is continuous and rolling.
HOLIDAY POLICY
If you will be away for 30 days or more, you may request a 50% reduced fee for that month.
This requires 30 days’ advance written notice to pa@csracademy.co.uk.
CREDITS AND CARRYOVER
No credits or carryover are provided for missed sessions, illness, holidays under 30 days, or any form of non-attendance.
NON-PAYMENT AND REJOINING
Membership must remain fully paid for your child to attend.
If cancelled due to non-payment, all previous discounts or benefits are lost.
A joining fee will apply again if you return.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel, you must send written notice via ClassForKids or email pa@csracademy.co.uk.
WhatsApp messages, verbal conversations, or simply stopping attendance do not count as cancellation.
A mandatory 30-day notice applies to all cancellations. Payments within the notice period must still be made.
CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
By enrolling, you agree that payments are authorised until cancellation is completed correctly.
Raising a chargeback for a valid payment breaches these terms.
CSR Academy will pursue recovery through Small Claims Court, including:
- Outstanding fees
- Stripe/ClassForKids dispute fees
- Court fees
- Administrative costs
- Statutory interest
DATA PROTECTION
We handle your information according to our privacy policy at www.csracademy.co.uk.
You may request access or corrections via email.
CHILDREN AND BEHAVIOUR
Children must behave safely and reasonably at all times. If behaviour impacts safety or enjoyment, we will speak to you. Continued issues may result in suspension or removal from the programme. Appeals must be made in writing to pa@csracademy.co.uk.
PART B – RULES AND REGULATIONS
“You” refers to any person using CSR Academy facilities.
“We/Us” refers to CSR Academy Limited/CSR Academy Global.
All members must follow venue rules and safety instructions.
Appropriate kit and footwear must be worn.
Parents must supervise children before and after sessions.
Abusive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
CSR Academy reserves the right to suspend or remove any member who breaches these terms.
